How we work
We run weekly release cycles. Every Friday something meaningful goes live — no six-week sprints, no big-bang launches.
Two to three engineers own a problem end-to-end. No hand-offs, no approval chains — you scope it, build it, ship it.
Decisions live in Notion, not Zoom recordings. We write to think, then sync briefly when writing isn't enough.
PRs don't sit. We review fast, give direct feedback, and unblock each other before the context fades.
We hire through referrals only.
